  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp milk, (I used 1% for a lighter option)
  • 5 slices cooked center-cut bacon, (3 SmartPoints for 5 slices; brands like Wegman’s or Oscar Mayer are great options)
  • 1/4 cup light mozzarella shredded cheese, (Trader Joe’s offers a good choice for lower points)
  • Fresh lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Instructions 

  • Begin by heating a pan on your stovetop over medium heat. Ensure you spray the pan generously and evenly with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • In a shallow bowl, whisk your eggs and milk together until well combined. This will be your flavorful French toast batter.
  • Lay out your Flatout Foldits flatbreads.
